The real integration of the communication in one system happens when beside the written communication (the E-mail) also is added the voice communication, not as system for leaving voice mail, but direct speaking communication. PiOffice enables direct integration of telephony in the system, standard telephony and VoIP.
Main benefits for such integration and functionality of the telephony in piOffice are:
  • The integration is direct in the system and with only one click can be initialised telephone call directly from the system. Whether to the project resources or some contact from your client, the communication is initialised directly from the system.
  • Definition of receiving calls, according to the responsibilities of the employees, for example some employees shall receive the sales calls, support calls or if the system recognises some number, to redirect it to the employee responsible for the client
  • Telephone conferences
  • VoIP, if some employee is being outside the office, he/she can make a call or even accept a call, as being in the office.
