piOffice
piOffice is collaboration tool, which has the task, to assist you for easy organisation of your work and provide you better communication in and out of the company. As a web based tool, piOffice offers quick and easy access to information for everybody 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from any computer with web browser and internet access. The application is consisted from various modules integrated in one system: This application can be applied as hosted version or locally installed. The hosted version does not include the features for E-mail and telephony and their integration with other components. The hosted version can be used free of cost, with only limitation on Document Management. In order to use this functionality, it shall be paid on a monthly basis, for using the space on which the documents will be hosted. The price for space of the hosted documents is EUR 25 for 1Gb/monthly.

The installed version has 4 versions: - piOffice Standard, in which are included all modules except the Telephony and E-mail
- piOffice VoIP, version with included Telephony
- piOffice Internet, version with included E-mail, the computer shall enable division of the internet connection for all on the local network and piWebs content management system for company's portal management. This version requires an internet with public IP.
- piOffice Internet VoIP, version with included E-mail, Telephony, and Telephony over Internet, piWebs for company's portal management. This version requires internet with public IP .

Login into the hosted version
In order to use better the document management system, you need the following:Firefox Please install the following extension "Edit link (Firefox 2.0 or Firefox 3.0). For direct document opening from Firefox, please click with the right mouse button and select "Edit". Internet Explorer Please install the following reg. database for MS OFFICE (2003, XP / 2007). Then go to "My Computer", select "Tools/Folder Options". When the new tab is opened, please click on the tab "File types". Select "MS Office database type and make for each of them the field "Browse in same window" not to be checked.
